The Group successfully closed a syndicated financing arrangement for the hotel in early 2008. The syndication is comprised of two international banks; one from the United Kingdom and the other being one of the largest UAE banks.
BAY CENTRAL RESIDENCES
Bay Central Residences are truly in a class of their own. The West and East Towers will reach a height of 155 meters and rise to 39 floors each, while the Central Tower will be 180 meters in height with a total of 48 floors.
