OKBAH ABDUL KARIM - Project Director

Okbah has been responsible for the completion of some of the most sought after projects in Dubai like the Emirates Towers and the Dubai Sports City. With an MBA from the University of Wales and fifteen years of project management experience to his credit, Okbah has an impressive list of realized projects as a Senior Project Manager.

Prior to joining Select Group, in his previous role with Emaar properties, the total value of projects under his supervision was in excess of AED 2.5 billion. Other projects in his portfolio included the Dubai Marina Mall and Hotel Apartments, Dubai Marina Office Tower, Dubai Gold and Diamond Park, Staff accommodation complex in Al Quoz Dubai, Hatta sports club and construction of a residential colony of 88 villas, two schools and three clinics also situated in Hatta.

Okbah, in his role as Director, will safeguard the high standard of construction applicable in Dubai Select endeavours and maintain project management controls necessary for tracking progress

MOHAMMED A. ABDULHADI AL RAWI - Project Director

With over 17 years of experience as a Design Architect, Mohammed Al Rawi brings with himself a wealth of experience to Select Group. Holder of a Masters Degree in Architecture, he has been involved in managing various internationally renowned projects. His responsibilities included managing and administering a number of building contracts simultaneously including international multidisciplinary project management firms, design and supervision consultants and also coordination with a multitude of local authorities. 

Prior to joining Select Group, Mohammed was involved with iconic projects like  Dubai Marina Promenade, The Marina Quays, Golf house and yacht Club at Dubai Marina. He also played the role of a Project Manager for The Dubai Mall.  As Projects Director for Select Group, Mohammed is responsible for ensuring design and construction work in tandem to ensure smooth implementation of projects in accordance with codes, standards and modern building techniques.

PAUL BRADY – Director Asset Management

Paul Brady, an Irish Citizen, holds a Masters Degree in Facilities Management from the University of Westminster, London and a HND in Electrical Engineering. He is also a member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers with over 25 years experience (10+ in the Middle East) in the provision of asset and facilities management services, enveloping a comprehensive variety of clientele and projects. 

Paul has extensive experience in strategic and operational facilities management and associated support services and has held senior management positions within blue chip corporate organizations in the UK and Ireland. 

MAZEN HANANA - Project Manager

With an MSc in Architecture, Mazen possesses 26 yearsof combined experince in Syria and UAE where he has been working since 1994. His initial foray into the UAE construction industry was with Dubai municipality. After gaining invaluable experience for 9 years at this organization, Mazed moved on to projects with RMJM where he managed Saba Tower and the Gold & Diamond park. later on with Emmar he had been in charge of the successful completion of 50 storey Burj Dubai Lake Hotel & Serviced Apartments and five schools in Umm Suqeim and Al Barsha.

Since joining the Select Group, Mazen has been managing projects in dubai Marina and extends his considerable expertise in Authorities regulations to all managers of the group.
