The hotel is located adjacent to Velocity Tower, a residential development acquired by Select Group in 2015, reinforcing the Group’s long-term investment in Sheffield’s urban landscape.

Managed by Accor, the property is ideally positioned in the heart of the city, just minutes from The Moor and within close proximity to key landmarks including Sheffield City Hall, the O2 Academy, and Bramall Lane. Its location also offers convenient access to the M1 motorway, making it well connected for both business and leisure travellers.
